By combining various holistic modalities, both physical and energetically we arrive at a space where weare connected to source where all the magic happens. Throughout this journey, we are shedding negative beliefs, clearing any emotional blockages, ridding ourselves of what no longer serves us. The space that it then created is then open to the various possibilities we will cover during the retreat, how to revive your authentic self and carry these practices into your daily life.

  • While working on the physical body it is just as import to work with our energetic body.
  • We offer avariety of healing therapies from massage, reiki, holistic healing to EFT, that put a focus on clearing and then aligning our energy body.

After this week long retreat of practice, therapies an dinner reflection, you will definitely start to feel the benefits of taking time out and how with even a little focus on self, our lives can be turned around.

Your journey in detail

You will meet in Sharm el-Sheikh International Airport (SSH) and you will be transferred to Dahab (approximately one-hour drive).

You will check in, have welcome drinks, and meet your retreat facilitators.

Overnight at Coral Coast Hotel.

After light refreshments, we have first session of the day at 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in Nour Wellbeing’s rooftop yoga shala. The first class will take us through pranayama and asanas. After the class, enjoy a brunch tailored to suit with healthy replenishing menu.

At midday we come together for a circle of introduction, where we share who we are and where we are in our life’s journey. Ending this session with a beautiful guided meditation.

“Me time” is just as important as guided activities, so the afternoon is a time for you to fulfill what resonates with you. *Holistic Therapy session will be scheduled individually during the afternoon.

Fitting with the setting of the sun, our 3rd session of the day will start with breathwork, opening our hearts and minds to the possibilities of ourselves.

Dinner is served as a private buffet with a menu created to offer nourishment and comfort.

Enjoy some herbal tea or coffee in your room, and head to the yoga studio for our morning session. Starting with Yoga Practice to awaken the body and activate with sun salutations.

After the class, enjoy a brunch tailored to suit with healthy replenishing menu. At midday we come together for a workshop on “Daily Rituals”, where we discuss what is a daily ritualand why is it so important.

We share tools that can be incorporated into your ritual, discuss making thetime for you and setting intentions to reach your authentic life.

“Me time” is just as important as guided activities, so the afternoon is a time for you to fulfill what resonates with you. *Holistic Therapy session will be scheduled individually during the afternoon.

Fitting with the setting of the sun, our 3rd session of the day will a guided meditation to inspire and visualize what we want for ourselves.

Dinner is served as a private buffet with a menu created to offer nourishment and comfort.

In your room, take time to visualize or practice an element of your daily ritual. How much time did you give yourself 3 mins, 5 mins, 15 mins. Sit with yourself for your chosen time frame and start now with giving yourself the time.
 
Head to the studio where today we will enter the energy o fkundalini yoga with a series of breathing exercises, kriyas and chants. After the class, enjoy a brunch tailored to suit with healthy replenishing menu.
 
At midday we come together for a workshop on“Authenticity” where we share what is our authentic self. How to tap into that joy and what it means for each of us.
 
“Me time” is just as important as guided activities, so the afternoon is a time for you to fulfill what resonates with you. * Holistic Therapy session will be scheduled individually during the afternoon.
 
Fitting with the setting of the sun, our 3rd session of the day will a Sound Bath with guided meditation to embrace our authenticity, see ourselves living with that light, that connection.

Dinner is served as a private buffet with a menu created to offer nourishment and comfort.

Today we will start early, with an invigorating sadhana session. Remember to do your daily ritual!
 
After breakfast, we are going to head outdoors and go off location for a day in nature. Depending on the time of year we will head into the desert interior for a ZenDesert experience or follow the coast lin into the remote dwelling of Blue Lagoon for a cleansing snorkel.
 
We will depart the hotel at 9:00 a.m and drive to the location for our day of nature. Upon arriving we will enjoy some refreshments and discover the area before enjoying lunch.
 
Our nature session will put a focus on grounding, the earth beneath our feet is in constant pull to keep us connected mother earth. The session will a gentle combination of pranayama & meditation for reflection.
 
We return back to Dahab appx.  6pm and leave the evening free to explore Dahab’s chilled nite life!
Remember to visualize or practice an element of your daily ritual, before heading to the studio for our morning yoga session to awaken the body and activate with sun salutations.
 
After the class, enjoy a brunch tailored to suit with healthy replenishing menu.
 
At midday we come together for a workshop on tools to incorporate into your “Daily Rituals”, with a focus of Self Care and how important it is to nourish ourselves nutritionally, emotionally and spiritually.
 
“Me time” is just as important as guided activities, so the afternoon is a time for you to fulfill what resonates with you. * Holistic Therapy session will be scheduled individually during the afternoon.
 
Fitting with the setting of the sun, our 3rd session of the day will a Breathwork Journey to integrate SelfCare / Self Love into our being.
 
Dinner is served as a private buffet with a menu created to offer nourishment and comfort. 
Practice to your daily ritual!
 
Our morning session will put focus on “light” how to shroud yourself in divine white light energy, how to exude that energy in everything you do and how to carry that light with you in your daily life.
 
After breakfast, enjoy some Me Time for the rest of the day, until 3pm.
 
We will head into the mountains for our last session, bringing together all that we have shared throughout the retreat in a circle of authenticity.
 
To celebrate our revived energy, we will have a beautiful meditative sound healing bath as the sun sets and the moon starts to rise!
 
We stay in the mountains for a Bedouin cooked dinner, cooked on the open fire as we star gaze at the expanse of possibility all around us.
Enjoy a beautiful breakfast and spend the rest of the day at your leisure, until your departure transfer.
